that last entry. Wanking was put to an end. I've asked friends to either end it publicly or take somewhere else. I hated to do what I did, but I truly felt I had no choice, was given no other choice and I feel like a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders.

I'm exhausted - too much work and too little time. I can honestly say that I have caught her out and have copied the relevant information for this and filed it only to be used when I feel naughty :)

Just went on there again and spotted that one of these 'posters' has now posted again using the correct way. Knew this would happen once I pointed it out.

My friend Scot is supposed to have a ruling in his case today. The judge spoke to the girls on the 3rd for a whopping 10 minutes. Sounds like she introduced herself and offered them candy.

Scot is concerned for several reasons. In recent days, I've had access to the psych report as well as other documents.

The court order psychologist stated that while Scot's ex wife openly admitted to drug addiction problems and alcoholism, she offered no proof that she was actually receiveing counseling or help.

In addition she stated that she kneww about Duh-Wayne's past as I believe his family made sure she knew. She did not research any into his past because he didn't make her feel creepy. She didn't feel he was a threat to her daughters because she didn't see any 'odd' behavior.

Duh-Wayne admitted on the stand that when he began molesting his 9 year old step daughter, he would wait until his wife went to sleep, and then he would crawl in bed with child and use her hand to masterbate himself. It has been noted by several people that he sounded quite pleased that he 'heard through the grapevine' that the child was awake and enjoying it.

So I'm willing to bet his ex wife didn't see any 'odd' behavior. Apparently, she didn't because the sexual abuse didn't come out into the open for seven or eight years.

The psychologist also stated that although Duh-Wayne has stated drug and alcohol addiction problems, he hasn't show proof that he's getting help. It was heavily suggested by the psychologist that Scot be awarded custody and that Scot's ex wife's visitation be without her new boytoy in tow.

In addition, Scot had THIS conversation with his daughters the other night...

Some short history.... during the Thanksgiving holidays, Yawn went way over the limit in her harassment of me and several others. She had lost yet another job in early November for sending hatemail from work and playing on Yahoo while supposedly under the influence working the equivilant of a Motel Six desk. I admit to checking and answering email from work, but I do NOT go onto groups and I certainly do not commence with the posting of harassment. I do my emailing during breaks between classes and lunch (I have a very generous lunch and planning of over two hours) and after school. I have discovered I can access IJ from work as well as a few other blog sites (if you want to know, email me and I'll tell you) but I've decides that I would not post wank from work. The last thing I want to do is flag someone at the home office I'm playing on a blog site! She and her sister lost four LJ's in the span of two weeks, I completely locked up my LJ, so none of it was visible to anyone but friends. When Dawn openly stated her mission in life was to ruin me and bring me down to the point of no return, I complained, along with several friends.

LJ had just changed hands - to a Russian company that apparently does not share the previous owners laid back don't care attitude. In the furfly fest, Yawn and Yawna lost their LJs yet again, as did several friends - Paul, Randy, Heather, and Mandy. All of us received horrid emails from the same person - ordering us not to discuss each other on LJ, not to attempt to post to each other on LJ, don't discuss the other's town, if you are on the same community, you are to ignore each other and above all (and I love this one)

In this instance another sockpuppet hate site was terminated as the computer ISP was banned from using the community - a reason why someone lost her genuine website.


That's Paul and she was upset because he created a geocities site with the whole story and websaves of all their nastier, flamatory, and slanderous posts. When Paul's yahoo was deleted (like Yawnipoo's was) he lost the webpage.... just like she lost her group. (the other three were removed when Yawna was caught repeated posting as sockpuppets) Beauty is, he has that thing saved several places! It's pretty damning!

She still remains to send us private emails and ecards that were immediately deleted on arrival although after several warnings from Yahoo to quit.

Yahoo does not disclose any action taken against anyone, if any are taken. I know that for a fact. I find it interesting that after complaining about their groups, their sockpuppets and them and getting no satisfaction whatsoever, Yahoo is all helpful in teaching them to trace Ips and what action they took against certain people. And strangely enough, what they claim, isn't what happened at all!


It was amusing to see how many more future emails are going to go the same way.

Musically, I was happy. My 6th graders were awesome. Their sound was clean, clear, very crisp. They were cute and a hit! The audience (which numbered about 200) loved their opening number (Hip Hop Reindeer)

My 7th grade was VERY good. Heard parts I've NOT been able hear at all. I had a few with attitude and stood with their arms crossed over chests. They did a fugue and they had a VERY crisp sound that was amazing. 8th grade was very envious.

balance sucked. there were parts, thank you God... but the balance wasn't there. they TALKED between every break. They talked DURING pieces. One I told do NOT stand next to your buddy - Did. Talked to her the entire time. I'm seriously considering a detention. The one I was forced to take back, brought his IPOD and ate candy. I told him to put the candy away.... just sneered at me and unwrapped more. I am seriously considering detention. I had one bring ALL of her whore heels and I had my entire top row wearing these things, clomping around like Frankenstein while I'm working with other groups.

I was horribly embaressed as the Head of the Fine Arts told them that they were NOT good examples for the rest of the group.

The other middle school director was appalled at their behavior.

The audience ... someone invited her entire trashy neighborhood. Their behavior was horrible. The other MS teacher adn I are going to powwow. I know I'll be talking to the Head of the fine arts.

I caught SEVERAL drinking cokes.... great. Belching during the concert... I'm like so unimpressed.

I have no voice and by the time I got home at 10PM... I was cmopletely plugged up.

So I read them (8th grade especially) the riot act. I might lose a few come January. That's fine. I told them I would simply move some over and around. It's unfair that a group will work and a few will mess it up and destroy it for everyone else. I'm no longer putting up with it. I think 8th grade was SO intimidated by 7th grade (bigger group and more willing to put nose to the grind - not to mention I called parents before Thanksgiving and after!!!!)

One of the 6th graders grandparents videotaped the performance and they are making me a copy. And another gentleman in the audience speaks German and he told me that he understood EVERY word and the accents were SPOT on!

Spawn and I started decorating our Living Room tree. It's going to be very pretty. Getting all my ornaments out of storage - I found some I've been missing - the scrimshaw reindeer, the glass angels, the cream, hand blown ornaments, my little blue nutcrackers.

Bert and Ernie. Spawn loved "Boyet and Eonie" Child spoke like a New Yorker.

We'll finish tonight and get the white tree set up in the sunroom and finish hanging the decorations. Thanks to Georgia Freecycle, I seem to have inherited a lot of snowman knickknacks... I found my garland and the stockings have been hung. I need to do some minor repair to a few things.

Either way... we'll finish decorating this weekend and then enjoy it... for a week. We go home a week from this Saturday and will stay a week. Everything else will depend when Spawn's heart cath is scheduled....

We'll post pictures. it will be nice.

Our concert was last night and I"m so glad it's over! Musically, they were great... my 8th grade was the weakest, but that's because they goof off and I had a few that just pissed me off to no end. Behavior wise, we need to do a lot of work. My 6th grade was great, 7th grade could have been better, but 8th grade was horrific. I don't want to take them anywhere!

We'll see how long I can access from work... hehehehe
